HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Orders placed by 12pm ET ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Tracking goes out as soon as your label prints.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. US (50 states + Puerto Rico) only at launch. International expansion is on the 2027 roadmap — sign up for the Pack and we'll email you the day it goes live.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
30-day return on any unopened bag, for any reason. Email returns@wackyjacs.com with your order number — we send a prepaid label and refund the moment it arrives back.
DIETARY / ALLERGEN INFO?
All four products are 100% vegan — zero gelatin in any of our candy. WackyJacs, Sour Twisties, and Sour Flowers contain wheat. Jacs are wheat-free but produced in the same facility as our wheat-containing products. Full allergen list is on every bag. Allergy questions → hello@wackyjacs.com.

We're actively landing in new stores every day. Florida is ground zero — convenience stores, gas stations, and local shops are stocking up now — then we're spreading out from there.
